Small Group Reformer Class

  • Progressive and leveled to students' abilities
  • Small props used to heighten the challenge to the core and enhance the full-body workout
  • Jumpboard and Cardio-Tramp®
  • 3 to 6 students

Small Group Mat Class

  • Mat based with a blend of props and small apparatus to heighten the challenge to the core and enhance the full-body workout
  • Props and small apparatus include: mini ball, Fitness Circle®, Flex-Band®, Arc Barrel, Bosu and Foam Roller
  • 3 to 8 students
  • 55 minutes

Total Barre

  • A high-energy Barre class focusing on strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability
  • Set to music which helps to increase coordination, motivation and improve movement quality
  • Small hand weights used to challenge stability and build arm strength
  • Mini stability ball used to increase core challenge in abdominal sequence
  • A balanced and complete full body workout
  • Up to 12 students
  • 60 minutes

Specialty Pop-Up Classes

  • Announced one day to one week prior to class and requires sign up
  • Drop-in for all participants -- no term subscription
  • Class specialties include: Jumpboard Interval training, Arc Barrel/Reformer Combo, Cardio-Tramp Interval training, All Box on Reformer, Bosu, Arc Barrel, Matwork Flow, and Total Barre
