Total Barre
- A high-energy Barre class focusing on strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability

Zenga®
- An exercise modality, termed fascial fitness, that connects the body and the mind through a fusion of Pilates, yoga, martial arts, and meditation.
- Stimulates the fascial system and builds endurance, strength, mobility, and dynamic stability of the entire body.
- Workouts are functional while increasing awareness and mindfulness through movement.
