Welcome to Studio Pilates

We are a unique, fully equipped STOTT PILATES® studio in the heart of Winchester Center. All classes are taught by highly trained, fully certified and expert instructors.

Small Group Classes - Reformer, Mat or Mat/Reformer Combo

Studio Pilates specializes in Small Group Classes of 3 to 5 students. Classes are progressive and run for 8 week terms. Small Group Classes are customized to the needs and fitness level of each group. Most classes are Reformer based but can include Arc Barrel, Foam Roller™, and Matwork.

Private and Semi-Private Training

The Private and Semi-Private training sessions at Studio Pilates are individually programmed to meet the needs, goals, and interests of every student. The Private session can utilize the full variety of STOTT PILATES equipment as well as include Matwork, the use of small apparatus and props. Often the Cadillac, Reformer and Arc Barrel are used in early sessions; the Stability Chair™ and other Barrels are most often used in later sessions.

Total Barre®

A high-energy program focusing on strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. It is predominantly a standing workout that is driven by music which, when used appropriately, has been proven to increase coordination, motivation and improve movement quality. The Total Barre Foundational Principles focus on exercise essence and correct biomechanics of movement. Small props are included in class: small hand weights to challenge arm strength, work mini stability ball to challenge abdominals and intensify legwork. It is a balanced and complete, full body workout, a class geared for everyone—no dance experience required!
